Building Manager required to oversee the smooth running of this brand-new residential development in Canning Town South. As the Building Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer service to all residents, guests, and external contractors, serving as the first and primary point of contact for all queries. Your key day-to-day duties will include having overall responsibility for all aspects of daily operation of the development including staff management and training, assisting in Financial Reports, overseeing scheduled maintenance etc. The Building Manager must have an excellent “can-do” attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and balance often conflicting priorities, be driven, self-motivated, confident and diplomatic.
