We are looking for hard-working new recruits to join our temporary team. You can work up to 40 hours. Temporary work has flexibility for both you and Claibon and you will earn money on a weekly basis! You will be working within residential luxury apartment blocks and developments in London and be responsible for distributing morning papers/post to flats, monitoring all persons within the development and challenging them if necessary in order to be certain they have a right to be present, and logging and reporting any incidents of disrepair immediately, including all building defects, plumbing, heating and lighting defects during normal working hours. You’ll also be cleaning the communal areas inside and outside including clearing any rubbish from residential communal areas, sweeping and vacuuming all floor surfaces. Must have a strong proven track record and be able to produce excellent employers’ references.
