We are currently seeking a professional, reliable, and hardworking Cleaner/Estate Operative to join a residential development in East London. Working as part of the on-site team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness throughout the development’s internal and external communal areas. Duties will include rotating refuse and recycling bins, vacuuming and mopping communal areas, cleaning and polishing surfaces, sweeping and jet-washing outdoor spaces, watering plants, ensuring staff facilities remain clean and tidy, and reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns. The ideal candidate will have previous estate or residential cleaning experience, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to their work. You must be comfortable using cleaning equipment and machinery and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. This role will be on a temporary basis although it could lead to permanent but no guarantee! Start ASAP!
