We are seeking a reliable Part Time Cleaner to work as a part of a team at a private residential development in Knightsbridge area. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the internal and external communal areas and key duties include to wash and clean the external areas surrounding the main entrance, dust all surfaces and handrails in communal areas, to sweep and vacuum all floor surfaces in the reception area, to clean and disinfect, where necessary, all internal staff facilities, clear any rubbish from residential communal areas left by yardman during his rounds, to clean and disinfect all internal washroom facilities, dust all stair handrails and any other such areas, polish all brass in main entrance area, to clean and polish walls, doors and control panel of lift and check and report if lights not working to Head Porter, to vacuum inside lifts as necessary, polish all glass surfaces within the communal areas. You need to have previously cleaning experience, good English communication skills and best cleaning practices for maintaining special surfaces to a high standard such as glass, brass and stainless steel, good knowledge of health & Safety. This role will be on a temporary basis although it could lead to a permanent position but no guarantee!
