Exceptional and experienced Concierge required to be the first port of call for residents and visitors at this super high end residential development situated in Chelsea. The hours are 8:00 to 20:00 hours, one week working 5 shifts (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturday) and the following week working 2 shifts (Wednesdays and Thursdays), an average of 42 hours per week over a 2-week period.
Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills, a good understanding of Health and Safety, and have a strong proven track record. The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to holding keys, taking deliveries, carrying parcels & shopping, greeting, screening and escorting visitors, reporting any health and safety issues, and ensuring that the common parts are kept clean and tidy. The Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents needs are met whilst at the same time maintaining the security of the premises.
The successful candidate must be extremely well presented and polite. All applicants must have a strong command of the English language, must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail. Must have a strong proven track record of working in either a five star hotel or high end serviced or private residences as the Day Concierge will be responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk & Lobby, consistently deliver service excellence to the Residents keeping in view the ever-changing residents’ needs Multi-Skill/ Multi-Tasking is seen as an imperative.
