We are looking for a top notch polished, professional and experienced Day Concierge to work at this prestigious high-end residential development in Richmond. The responsibility of the Day Concierge is to help professionally maintain the Development, providing a safe, secure and well-maintained environment and provide the highest standards of customer service to residents, contractors and visitors at all times. The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to holding keys, taking deliveries, carrying parcels & shopping, greeting, screening and escorting visitors, and making reservations for restaurants, theatre etc. The Day Concierge will also be required to occasionally cover the Estate Chauffeur position – due to insurance requirements you must hold a full UK Driving Licence, have a minimum of 5 years minimum driving history, and be over the age of 30. Applicants must possess initiative and the ability to multi task, must be practical and able to report maintenance issues and liaise clearly with contractors and the Development Manager in ensuring issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Must have excellent personal presentation and be polite and courteous.
