Newly refurbished luxury residential apartment block located close to Victoria Station is looking for an experienced front of house Day Concierge. You will be responsible for ensuring that the building is maintained to the high standards expected by both the client and residents. Duties will include acting as a point of contact between the residents and the Property Manager, assisting in co-ordinating the day to day running of the building ensuring that any requests/complaints from residents are dealt with promptly and in the correct manner, ensuring that all residents are properly greeted and that any message, mail or correspondence is passed to them promptly, ensuring the diary and log books are kept up to date, having a working knowledge of all equipment used at the building, ensuring the public areas are kept clean and tidy at all times, identifying any Health and Safety issues, carrying out regular patrols of all communal areas and reporting any issues, and monitoring access and security in the building. The successful applicant should have integrity, be able to efficiently multi-task in potentially stressful situations whilst remaining calm, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, and have excellent communication skills.
