This luxury apartment building on London’s Southbank is seeking a dynamic and proactive Day Concierge with previous experience of working in a high-end customer service establishment dealing with the general public.  You will be responsible for ensuring a professional, courteous, confidential, safe and efficient reception service to the residents and visitors of the building.  Duties will include meeting and greeting residents, answering enquiries by telephone or callers to the desk, assisting residents, guests and visitors where necessary, dealing effectively with complaints and taking the correct action whilst remaining courteous at all times, ensuring the effective security of residents and the building at all times,  reporting any suspicious behaviour, reporting any security/Health & Safety issues, incidents and complaints, the safekeeping of all deliveries and parcels to the main reception desk, and assisting the General Manager with any other reasonable duties as requested.  The successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive attitude with a willingness to assist.
