Experienced Day Concierge for this large residential development close to Canning Town tube station. As a Day Concierge you will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests at the development and will be the main point of contact for all queries. Your day-to-day duties will also involve the operation of the Concierge Desk and monitoring of on-site security. Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills and have a strong proven track record.
The concierge services for the property include but are not limited to holding keys, taking and recording deliveries, greeting, screening and escorting visitors, reporting any health and safety issues, and ensuring that the common parts are kept clean and tidy. The Day Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents needs are met whilst at the same time maintaining the security of the premises. The successful candidate must be extremely well presented and polite.
