Our client has a large new build residential development in need of a new team of concierges with excellent administrative and IT skills as well as a natural flair for customer service. The role is not only a front of house customer service orientated role but also a supporting role to the development manager in the smooth day to day operations and management of the block of apartments. You must be courteous, polite and positive to residents and have previous strong front desk/concierge experience. Duties will include ensuring that the front desk is covered for the duration of the shift, assisting residents, guests and visitors when and where required, logging mail and deliveries, managing CCTV and monitoring the security of the grounds and development, ensuring effective security of the building, answering the telephone, logging all messages and dealing with general enquiries, ensuring that the common parts of the building are kept clear of obstructions, reporting any damage to the Development Manager, ensuring all contractors in attendance at the building are properly signed in and out and issued with the relevant visitors permit or car park permit, and carrying out any additional duties as directed by the Development Manager and the Managing Agent. All applicants must be extremely customer focused, able to deal with demanding clientele, have a good command of the English language both written and spoken, be security conscious and with good attention to detail.
