Top notch experienced Day Concierge temps required for prestigious residential developments in the Vauxhall area. You will need superior customer service skills as you will be the main point of contact for all queries. In this role, your day-to-day duties will involve operation of the concierge desk with emphasis on the monitoring of on-site security. Duties will include building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues, conducting regular site inspections and helping to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development. The Day Concierge must have significant experience gained within a similar high-end environment, previous experience of delivering excellent customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes. Fluent Mandarin would be preferred but not essential.
