Our client has a modern residential development located within easy distance of Hampton Wick and Kingston stations. They are now recruiting for an experienced Weekend Concierge.
You will take direct responsibility for the daily operations of the development and provide a front of house reception facility for residents. You will be based at the main reception and will also be responsible for security and controlling access, key management and patrolling. You must have good IT skills as you will need to undertake administration tasks and updating computerised systems. You will sign for residents parcels, you will distribute their mail, organise any reactive maintenance and repairs with the managing agent, record all up to date contact details for residents. Part of the role will be to rotate the communal refuse containers for local authority collections twice per week and generally litter picking around the development during regular security patrols.
All applicants must have a strong proven track record and able to provide excellent employers references. Must have good self-motivation and initiative, as well as excellent English communication skills and customer service skills. Must have polished personal presentation and confident in interacting with high profile individuals.
