We are seeking a confident and experienced “hands-on” Day Duty Manager to take the lead in delivering an exceptional resident experience whilst managing daily operations with professionalism and precision at this luxury, modern residentional development in Nine Elms. As the Day Duty Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the building’s operations—leading a dedicated concierge team, maintaining the highest service standards, and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests alike. Key duties will include leading and inspiring the concierge team, building strong relationships with residents, guests, contractors, and colleagues, overseeing daily operations, including regular site inspections, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all residents, guests, and staff. The Duty Manager must have proven experience in a similar leadership role within residential, hospitality, or property management, strong team management skills, with confidence handling performance and difficult conversations, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and a solid understanding of Health & Safety practices.
