This Head Porter role is working at a high end residential block. Your prime responsibility is to supervise and monitor all front of house personnel to ensure that exceptional customer service is achieved. Duties will include, maintaining an effective managerial relationship with staff, organising work rotas, arranging induction training for new staff, monitoring and reviewing all logs and systems of record keeping, dealing with administrative matters relating to the day to day operational management of the block, monitoring all matters of a Health & Safety nature, ensuring that the building is patrolled on a daily basis, and collating and overseeing the daily management of records and logs relating to all aspects of the building.
All candidates must have a solid proven track record, have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task efficiently in a pressurised environment, and be brimming with initiative!
