This prestigious residential development located in St John’s Wood Park requires an Estate Manager to ensure the highest levels of service are delivered to the residents at all times. The ideal candidate will need to be impeccably presented, able to deal with challenging situations in a calm and professional manner, possess a strong knowledge and understanding of building maintenance and construction and leasehold matters i.e. Section 20 and understanding demised responsibilities, and have line management experience of 15+ staff.
Key responsibilities will include the line Management of a team of porters, cleaners and maintenance staff, the supervision of the site and premises, undertaking all appropriate administration work, including ordering, preparation of estimates and regular stock-taking, the responsibility of all Health & Safety matters, and participating in board meetings and Residents’ Association meetings when required.
You should have extensive experience gained within a similar role, previous administrative and staff management experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a good understanding of Health and Safety processes and other appropriate legislation, understanding of building maintenance and security requirements and procedures, and team leading and motivational skills.
