On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Weekend day Porter to work at a stunning and prestigious residential block in Mayfair area in London. This role is responsible for ensuring the front desk is consistently covered while delivering a high standard of service to residents, guests and visitors. Duties include managing deliveries and logs, and site security, carrying out regular patrols, handling enquiries and maintaining accurate records. You will oversee access control, contractor sign-ins, and ensure all communal areas remain safe and clear. The position also involves reporting maintenance issues, following incident procedures, and supporting the overall upkeep of the building, including light cleaning, rubbish collection and ad hoc tasks as required. Must have a strong proven track record and have proven experience of working in a position of trust, lone working unsupervised. Have prior experience of delivering excellent customer service, basic cleaning/maintenance skills, good understanding of Health and Safety, proven ability to apply best practice in the use of all materials and equipment that is provided to carry out work, excellent communication skills.
