Traditional mansion block in South Kensington requires a smart, personable Day Porter to ensure the smooth running of the building. Hours will be 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm. Must be a good team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail when it comes to communication, customer service, security and fire safety. Duties will include regular daily routine checks of the entire 7 storey building, holding keys, taking deliveries, carrying parcels & shopping, greeting residents and covering the main reception, screening and escorting visitors, and ensuring that the common parts are kept clean and tidy. The successful candidate must be IT literate, well presented and polite with a friendly demeanour – customer focus is key! All applicants must have a strong command of the English language, must be assertive, and have initiative and a very keen eye for detail.
