Ongoing Saturday temp job available asap for polished Night Concierge with either 5 star hotel experience or experience of working in a high end residential development. Must be able to commit to ongoing Saturdays until further notice. Must have good organisational skills, excellent communication skills and customer service skills and have a strong proven track record. Duties will include holding keys, taking deliveries, carrying parcels & shopping, greeting, screening and escorting visitors, reporting any health and safety issues, and ensuring that the common parts are kept clean and tidy. The Night Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that the reception is manned at all times and that the residents needs are met whilst at the same time maintaining the security of the premises. The successful candidate must be well presented and polite with a friendly demeanour – customer focus is key! All applicants must have a strong command of the English language, must be assertive, and have initiative and a very keen eye for detail.
