The role involves carrying out daily site inspections, maintaining the safety, cleanliness and security of all communal areas, assisting residents in a helpful and professional manner, managing parcel deliveries, monitoring contractors on site and reporting any maintenance issues to the Property Manager. The successful candidate will conduct regular security patrols, ensure fire safety and building systems are functioning correctly, carry out minor maintenance tasks and help maintain high standards across the property.
