Proactive Sunday Concierge required at this private residential block in Greenwich. You must have excellent front of house reception skills, a keen eye for detail and be effortlessly service orientated. You would be the first point of contact for the residents and therefore must have excellent communication skills. Duties include holding keys, taking deliveries, carrying parcels & shopping, greeting, screening and escorting visitors, conducting regular patrols of the block, external litter picking as required, reporting any health and safety issues, and ensuring that the common parts are kept clean and tidy. You must have previous 5* customer service experience, and have a good understanding of Health and Safety requirements and legislation. Ongoing commitment to Sundays required!
