A professional and experienced Estate Manager is required for a large modern residential development in Croydon. The Estate Manager will have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the Estate at an operational level and be the key client liaison with the Developer and residents alike. The role relates to planning, delivering and managing the services and being responsible and accountable for ensuring all Health, Safety & Compliance processes and procedures are implemented. You will be involved in service charge administration, planned maintenance, controlling expenditure in line with service charge budgets, and managing service contracts. It is desirable but not essential for the right candidate to be IRPM qualified. Essential skills will be excellent customer service skills, leadership, excellent verbal & written communication, ability to work under pressure and balance often conflicting priorities. The Estate Manager must be extremely well presented, organised, confident, hardworking and possess a solid proven track record. Immediate start available!
