The assignments are working in private residential apartment blocks, hours ranging from generally 8am to 4pm or 8am to 5pm, 9am to 5pm with a responsibility for the daily operations of the property in terms of front of house customer service, security, health and safety, cleanliness and maintenance. Routine duties will be to provide a professional and welcoming front of house reception facility for residents and visitors, key management, parcel and mail management, dealing with visiting contractors ensuring they have a right to be there, dealing with phones, queries, keeping a written record of activities to be able to brief the permanent staff. Manual practical duties will be collection of domestic refuse and recycling bags and maintaining hygiene in the centralised refuse storage areas, pushing wheely bins for Council collections, sweeping and litter picking. Also conducting security and health and safety building checks and reporting any reactive maintenance faults to the property manager. Candidates must be exceptionally well presented, have excellent English communication skills, excellent organisational skills, good initiative and self-motivation, customer service skills and a strong proven track record and able to produce excellent previous employer references.
