Facilities and Compliance Coordinator, with strong proven experience in a similar environment, required at a super luxurious, large, residential development in Nine Elms. Key Duties will include Health & Safety Platform Monitoring & Action, collaborating with site teams and Facilities Managers to ensure actions are completed in a timely manner, project management and site administration, recording minutes, update groups/clients, and review/update processes as required, Regulation 38 Compliance & Monitoring, keeping of accurate records of essential fire safety and building information, updating databases with relevant Operations & Maintenance information as part of the Licence to Alter process completions, defects Management, attending meetings and coordinating defect-related actions with site team, creating reports and analysing data, tracking ongoing actions and projects to ensure progress is maintained across the site, monitoring contractors, audit assistance, and assisting in the implementation and ongoing compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in facilities coordination, property operations, or compliance support, ideally within residential or mixed-use developments, a working knowledge of health & safety regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, and familiarity with the Building Safety Act 2022, strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively, be a confident user of Microsoft Office, have the ability to liaise professionally with contractors, residents, and internal teams, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and have a proactive, solution-focused approach to service delivery.
