We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Caretaker to maintain cleanliness, safety, and day-to-day operations across a high-rise luxury residential building. The role combines cleaning duties, front desk cover, and routine building checks to ensure high standards for residents and visitors. An excellent all-rounder style vacancy for a brilliant team player who can help and support in the day-to-day operational running of the building. Specifically vacuuming, mopping, general cleaning stairs, landings and corridors, window cleaning fire alarm testing, health and safety routine checks and reporting, set and maintain high standards for the building and supervising a team member. The right candidate must of course be physically capable of performing cleaning duties and moving refuse containers, must have excellent command of English for supervising another member of the cleaning team and for performing reception cover duties in the main entrance lobby. Must be customer service orientated. Must have a strong proven track record and be able to provide excellent references.
