We are looking for an experienced Porter required to be the main point of contact for residents of this luxury residential estate. You would be required to work on a temp basis for 6 months before becoming a permanent member of staff. As the Porter you will work in a team of two and be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and guests and therefore must have polished personal presentation and be confident in interacting with individuals at all different levels. Routine duties will be to welcome residents, undertake regular checks of the communal areas, report any defects or health and safety concerns, manage CCTV and carry out regular checks to ensure that all gates and external doors are kept closed and that locks are in good repair, and to investigate and report suspicious occurrences to the Building Manager/Head Porter. Candidates must have previous experience gained within a similar role, excellent customer service skills, top personal presentation, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a good understanding of Health and Safety processes.
