We have a permanent Saturday position working 12pm to 10pm every Saturday taking responsibility for front of house operations including reception, security and customer service with the residents at a private residential apartment block. As this is a lone working role it will be essential for all applicants to have a strong proven track record with excellent references plus previous experience of working alone unsupervised taking responsibility for operations. Standard duties include lobby reception, key and parcel management, access control, conducting fire prevention and health and safety building checks, handling any reactive maintenance issues, updating records, and liaising with residents and visitors. There will also be some cleaning duties as and when needed in order to keep the building pristine.
