There are 24 apartments and the role involves daily cleaning of communal areas, monitoring the building and garage, managing waste collection, carrying out routine inspections, and reporting maintenance issues. You will oversee contractors, assist residents with day to day requests, and respond calmly to incidents such as alarms or emergencies. This position suits someone proactive, reliable, and attentive, with a strong focus on service, safety, and maintaining high standards throughout the property. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong proven track record and ideally have worked in a similar position.
