Our client is seeking an experienced Weekend Night Concierge to work on a temp to perm basis at a private residential block in St Johns Wood. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors to the building so it is imperative that you are able to provide an efficient and courteous service. Duties will include manning the Front Desk, monitoring CCTV, regular foot patrols of the building, ensuring that the common parts are clean, tidy, and free from obstruction, sweeping the front entrance, monitoring car park usage, sorting and distributing mail, holding keys in accordance with policy, arranging taxis, and carrying out any additional duties as directed by the Managing Agents. All applicants must be extremely customer focused, able to deal with demanding clientele, have a good command of the English language both written and spoken, be security conscious and have a good attention to detail.
